additional charges that may be added to European or
Worldwide postage due to customs charges or similar costs.
Refund Policy
MooreRail cannot refund any purchases due to
copyright reasons. A replacement will be made available if
any DVD is found to be damaged or faulty. Please contact us
with 14 days to make us aware of any problems.
Payment
All payments are taken securely through the
PayPal or Barclaycard systems. The websites use 128bit
encryption. MooreRail does not receive any information from
these organisations regarding your credit or debit card
details.
Once your items have been delivered,
MooreRail will remove your delivery details from our system.
MooreRail cannot be held responsibly for
declined payments that may occur through the PayPal or
Barclaycard payment system. You must contact your card
